Expertise.

10+ years of Professional experience; 7+ years as an Oracle Apps Developer.
2+ years experience (with 2 or more) core Oracle SOA Suite components: BPEL, ESB (OSB), OWSM, BAM, or ODI.
Excellent knowledge of Oracle's core modules (CRM , HRMS, Financials)
Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware tools (XML Gateway, XML Publisher, BPEL Process Manager, Oracle Service Bus, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Portal 10g)
Experience installation/configuration/best practices of Oracle SOA Suite.

Description:

As an Oracle Applications Developer in our Corporate Information Technology Department, this role will be responsible for life cycle development efforts of Oracle applications and integration/interfaces

Job Responsibilities:
Working as a member of the Enterprise Applications development team, will be engaged in development, maintenance and support of an Oracle ERP system as well as an Enterprise Oracle SOA solution (BPEL, ODI, OSB) and associated interfaces. This individual will participate in design and development of components, services, standards and processes that will consist of project engagements across the ERP System and integrate with an Enterprise Service Bus.

Essential Functions:

Mentor colleagues in best practices for architecture design, development and standard toolsets used.
Partner with application infrastructure groups to tune and troubleshoot applications within the Enterprise Software Platforms.
Work with other application support team members to troubleshoot issues and ensure operational readiness as it relates to integration with upstream and downstream systems.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams on recommendations and changes in service/integration best practices, processes and frameworks.
Orchestrate alternative technology solutions for business requirements.
Recognize and promptly advise management of potential problems and or potential follow-on business opportunities.
Keep current with new products/technologies, that Oracle and Non-Oracle software provides for continuous improvement
Operates with appreciable latitude for un-reviewed actions and decisions in determining the technical direction of projects
Advance knowledge of Oracle applications 11.5.10 technical architecture and business flow and ability to carry out technical upgrade for custom code during system wide upgrade.

Required Skills:

7+ years exp: Oracle Applications development tools and methodologies, with the ability to understand, analyze, and solve problems.
2+ years experience (with 2 or more) core Oracle SOA Suite components: BPEL, ESB(OSB), OWSM, BAM, ODI etc
Excellent knowledge of Oracle's core modules (CRM , HRMS, Financials)
Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware tools (XML Gateway, XML Publisher, BPEL Process Manager, Oracle Service Bus, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Portal 10g)
Experience installation/configuration/best practices of Oracle SOA Suite.
8+ years exp: utilizing Oracle development technologies such as PLSQL, SQL Plus, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OA Framework along e-Business Suite AOL familiarity.
3+ years experience with: JAVA, J2EE, XSTL, XML, XSD, JMS, SOA and/or Web Services.
Source control and version control for change management.

Problem solving skills and demonstrate strong working knowledge of using Oracle Support.
Leadership/mentoring experience is preferred.
Travel: up to 10%
