Enclipse is seeking 2 Oracle Developers with strong JAVA and SQL for 6-12 month contracts with our premier client in Lake Oswego , OR .

HP BIO Claims team develops, deploys, and maintains national and local application systems supporting the client. In 2010, the Claims group is working on many investment projects and supporting nearly 600 application systems. Within Claims, the Diamond application implements and supports Claims Processing across the client site in 4 regions.
As Senior Programmer you will be required to analyze business requirements and design and code programming solutions.
Experience working with HealthCare business clients helpful.
You will be required to work with several organizations within the organization to coordinate the delivery of program changes within a planned release schedule.
Responsibilities will include working with user groups, analyzing reported problems, performing root cause analysis and presenting alternatives to correct the problem.
Responsible for creating and implementing coding solutions.
Responsible to review coding changes and new code developed prior to installing into production. Position may need to work with Data Base Administration, Release Management, Enterprise Testing, User Acceptance testing.
Will be required to monitor progress of assigned work, resolve development issues and provide project status information.
Ability to understand JAVA and SQL is required and Visual Basic is a plus.
Will be called upon to work to work on National projects to implement national solutions to our Claims interfaces
Candidate must communicate and coordinate with several departments and have good technical skills. Position may also be called upon to provide day on-call support. Some weekend work may be required during release installs, which occurs quarterly at this time.
