Biz Talk Administrator Job in Franklin Tennessee (TN)

Highly respected healthcare company is in need of a highly skilled BizTalk Administrator for a contract-to-hire position. The basic responsibility of this role will be know the end-to-end process of solutions and how best to architect them for growth as well as design for re-use for other projects.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional skill in BizTalk 2006 R2 ( Pipelines (Custom ), Maps, Orchestration, Rules Engine ).You will be responsible as the Subject Matter Expert for BizTalk space, production environment and application(s). This role requires high degree of understanding SQL Server in relation to BizTalk. In addition, experience working with large Message types in relation to how BizTalk handles them.

Requirements:
* Strong BizTalk experience (Experience leveraging BAM)
* 5+ years .NET Development experience (C#, ASP.NET)
* SQL Server (2005/2008)
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
