Growing entertainment company seeks a Senior SharePoint Administrator who will be responsible for the design, architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, and security of SharePoint server farms.

What you need for this position:

- 5 years of experience with SharePoint system administration
- Strong understanding of SharePoint 2003/2007 Farm architectures
- Experience with Windows 2008 and SQL server 2005/2008 platforms on 64 bit
- Experience migrating SharePoint 2003 sites to the MOSS 2007 platform.
- Extensive knowledge of SharePoint Central Administration, SSP and site collection settings
- Solid disaster recovery skills (backup, restore) of SharePoint and Database objects - Strong SQL database management and troubleshooting skills
- Strong T-SQL knowledge and experience with SSRS
- Experience with HyperV environments
- Understanding of Microsoft NLB and SQL clustered environments
- Solid understanding of host headers and SSL technology
- Deep & practical understanding of HTTP, IIS and Windows internals
- .NET programming to deploy the wsp packages
- Experience in deploying and configuring 3rd party web parts
- Experience in integrating 3rd party products and CodePlex applications with SharePoint
- Knowledge of SharePoint internals: how things REALLY work
- Have thorough understanding of the core infrastructure (Operating System, Web Server, Mail Server, Proxy etc)
- Must be knowledgeable with additional infrastructure features (Security, Network, Database etc)

What you'll be doing - You will be involved in:

- Installation & configuration of SharePoint servers
- Administering & managing the SharePoint farms and databases
- Developing, maintaining, and enforcing SharePoint Governance policies
- Ensuring the integrity and security of SharePoint data in accordance with business needs and industry best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
- Performing SharePoint network and security audits and managing security for all sub-sites
- Deploying SharePoint custom features and packages
- Performing and testing routine SharePoint backups and restores
- Monitoring and Analyzing SharePoint server, application, network, and input/output device performance.
- Responsible for SharePoint infrastructure (hardware, OS, etc)
