Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Reports to: BA Business Systems Manager – Finance, Sales & Marketing, HR
Status: Exempt
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing business application support and assistance to clients in identifying and evaluating new systems, procedures, and computer-based tools. This position will have primary support responsibility for Sales and Marketing business applications and backup support responsibilities for other applications as required. Duties may include various aspects of project management as well as systems analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of systems used to support business processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND INFLUENCE:
- Partner with internal clients to identify information needs, identify and evaluate alternatives, and implement solutions.
- Partner with Information Technology and Software Development groups to execute systems initiatives and provide solutions to clients.
- Make recommendations to improve business workflow efficiency and information access as well as provide education on the benefits and limitations of technology solutions.
- Lead or participate in projects and has responsibility for negotiating resources.
- Understand the objectives and priorities of the organization.
- Interact with vendors that may provide consulting, training, and support of enterprise applications.
- Maintain general understanding of Continental Mills computer systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Systems–related area or equivalent combined experience.
- 8 years experience in systems analysis and support of enterprise-wide application systems.
- Experience supporting sales and marketing applications in a food processing industry preferred.
- Experience supporting Trade Spend applications (ie Account Review, Blacksmith) a plus.
